RETURNS
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions: Returned items must be in the same condition as received β unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the original packaging (including all tags and accessories). For products where hygiene is essential, items must be clean and unused before initiating a return.
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to underwear, lingerie, tights, and selected skincare or intimate products.
RETURN PROCESS

REFUNDS

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
In some cases, returns may need to be shipped to our international warehouse. Return shipping costs can start from approximately 30 USD and are to be covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
EXCEPTIONS
Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. If an error occurs again on the replacement shipment, you will be eligible for a full refund.
